WE ARE ALL CONCERNED ABOUT CLIMATE CHANGE Folks in the Roanoke Valley are just as concerned about climate change as someone who lives next to a melting glacier in Alaska. The problem, left unchallenged, will affect us all. And, here’s the thing:
YOU DON'T HAVE TO HAVE ALL THE ANSWERS! You can still be concerned, and you can make a difference. Organize a 350 activity or display at your business, school, faith group, or civic group. Promote and display your concern in the week leading up to Sat. Oct 24 and on the morning of Sat. Oct 24. Then, bring your display and your voice to the old Victory Stadium site on Saturday afternoon, Oct 24. We'll have fun and games for kids and adults, and we'll make history with THE VALLEY'S LARGEST EVER AERIAL PHOTO. |
